Yes, it would be great if somebody (or skype) built a web based skype widget. One that I can drag onto my netvibes, igoogle, pageflakes etc. And then use with all the same functionality that Skype has. If it was flash based then chat, video, and vox would all be reasonably easy to build in. Actually if Skype just converted to using the Adobe Air Platform it would work anywhere. How many users do they have now? and still no web based solution. Come on Skype!
